Meet the SHE-E-O
Victoria Bizzotto, MBA
About Me
Hi, I’m Victoria Bizzotto — founder of Pink Slip Solutions, where I turn HR drama into boardroom karma.
After 17+ years leading bold HR transformations inside Fortune 100 companies, I launched Pink Slip Solutions for one simple reason: to help businesses keep their best people and lose the pink slips. I’ve spent my career helping leaders build trust, navigate change, and create people strategies that actually drive profit — without losing humanity along the way.
I’m not your typical HR consultant. I don’t do jargon-filled decks or “one-size-fits-all” programs. I do strategy with sparkle — equal parts data-driven and human-centered — built on a foundation of what I call furious curiosity. It’s the relentless drive to understand why things work (or don’t), the courage to ask the real questions, and the instinct to dig until we uncover the root of what’s holding a team or culture back.
That curiosity — paired with empathy, analytics, and humor — is how I help CEOs, presidents, and founders turn their people-problems into business breakthroughs. I’ve worked with leaders who’ve built billion-dollar divisions and those running scrappy, high-growth teams. The common thread? They all wanted less chaos, more clarity, and someone who actually gets it.
I’m PROSCI-certified in change management and an Insights Discovery practitioner — which means I don’t just talk about culture change, I help leaders build it into the DNA of their business.
What We Bring
A Strategist’s Brain
I’ve designed org transformations, talent calibrations, and performance systems that don’t just look good — they work.
A Coach’s Heart
I build leadership capability and coach executives to influence with authenticity, courage, and impact.
A Detective’s Eye
I chase insights with furious curiosity - connecting dots others overlook to reveal the “Aha!” that changes everything.
A Storyteller’s Soul
Because data tells you what’s happening. Stories tell you why it matters.
“I believe in HR that’s both human and high-performing. The kind that grows businesses, not bureaucracy. The kind that transforms culture from the inside out.”
